夢啡名精品咖啡的付款方式有 信用卡、轉帳匯款、7-11 超商取貨付款 (限台灣)、全家超商取貨付款 (限台灣)、以及夢啡名實體店面取貨付款。
刷卡網路認證安全機制 (VISA Verify 或 Master SecureCode) ：為加強網路消費的安全防護機制，線上刷卡需進行 3D (VISA / MasterCard) 認證，所謂 3D 認證，即指持卡人經由發卡銀行網頁自己設定信用卡密碼 (只需設定1次，請記住此密碼，勿將密碼告知任何人)，以後使用線上刷卡交易時，皆需輸入3D認證碼，經發卡銀行連線確認卡號跟認證碼後才會扣款，有效避免卡片遺失時遭人線上盜刷。
帳款確認後將立即處理您的訂單，您將於 5 - 8 個工作日內 (不含週六日及國定例假日) 收到訂購之商品，海外訂購依照地區不同配送時間有所變動，請洽客服人員。
包裝咖啡類商品目前以超商寄送為主，大型商品 (如散熱盤) 台灣島內以郵局包裹寄送。
如本店無法接受您的訂單，將於收到您的訂單後三個工作日內通知您，但法令另有規定者除外。

購買咖啡豆注意事項
1. 購買咖啡豆二包以上才出貨，可以與不同豆子混搭。
2. 使用 The Bullet R1 烘焙的豆子非常耐放，風味能維持較久。
烘焙後 15-30 天皆為最佳沖煮時間，烘焙日期距出貨日期 16 天以內皆正常，
請放心下單，下單即為同意上述說明。
相同咖啡豆一次購買四包可單獨為您烘焙，如有需要，請聯絡我們。
1. 請注意：商品一經開啟，或者表面遭受污損或者破壞，恕無法辦理退貨，敬請見諒。
2. 收到商品後請盡速檢查，收到商品 7 天內，需提出退貨申請，若逾期恕不接受退/換貨。
3. 提出退貨申請後 5 個工作天內寄出退貨商品 (以郵戳為憑)，若逾期恕不接受退/換貨。
4. 退貨的商品必須必須回復原狀，亦即「必須回復至您收到商品時的原始狀態（包含訂購之產品、附件、內外包裝、隨機文件、贈品、活動贈品等）」。
5. 海外配送恕不提供退換貨。
