We accept credit card and PayPal payment (if the purchaser's location is not listed on the website).

Shipping & delivery


After the order is placed, within 4 working days, the package will be shipped.
If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will have you informed via e-mail within 3 working days.

Most orders are delivered via EMS (Express Mail Service, from the post office) and conventional mail service (from the post office).

Orders are trackable on the website of the destination's post office.
Tracking number will be provided after the package is shipped.

Order tracking


You will receive an e-mail of order confirmation after the order is placed. In the e-mail, ordered items and shipping information will be confirmed.
A tracking number will be provided to the buyer after the package is shipped. The package is trackable on the website of the recipient's post office.

Sales & refunds


Warranty for the cooling tray:

We provide a one-year warranty for the cooling tray within Taiwan.

If any parts need to be delivered from Taiwan to the country of the recipient or vice versa for repair or replacement, shipping fees between the two countries should be borne by the buyer.

However, for this kind of low-energy appliance, the most common problems are dislocation of metal parts only. We will try our best to wrap and pack up the parcel. If unfortunately some parts are dislocated, you can fix it by yourself through our guide.

Under normal operating conditions and for non-human factors, if there is any malfunction during the warranty period, Café Naturêve will repair and replace the parts free of charge. Shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

If the machine is operated without following the instructions mentioned in the manual, including intentional violation and negligent use, any malfunction is not covered by the warranty. Café Naturêve will charge for the needed parts and maintenance fees.

If the machine has a fault or encounters malfunction, please contact Café Naturêve. Do not disassemble and repair it yourself. Excepting the needs of cleaning and maintenance, any malfunction by cause of non-authorized disassembling of the machine is not covered by the warranty.

Filters are consumables and are not under warranty.

*As the package has cargo insurance, please do not throw away the carton until you find proper function of the cooling tray.

*After you receive the package, within 48 hours, please make a video of unboxing the carton until the machine performs the test run for reason of cargo insurance's requirements.

*If the package has obvious damage outside, please do NOT sign and do NOT accept the package. Please tell the delivery person to send back the package.

Café Naturêve may set and access Café Naturêve cookies on your computer.  Cookies are used to provide our system with the basic information to provide the services you are requesting.  Cookies can be cleared at any time from your internet browser settings. 

Google Analytics

When someone visits Café Naturêve we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to track things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and interactions with the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of visitors to our website. 

Website Comments

When someone visits Café Naturêve, there may be an ability to submit comments on particular articles or pages.  When comments are submitted, you are entitled to use aliases or information that completely hides your identity. When a comment is submitted, the relevant details (name, email, website) that you provide are stored.  These details are stored so that we can display your comment back to you, and to anyone viewing the comment sections on the site. We do not verify information entered nor do we require verification.

Third Parties

There may be some circumstances where your IP address, geographic location, and other browser related details may be shared with third party companies.  We may share your above mentioned data with following third party companies from time to time.

Access to Your Personal Information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Mr. Huang at cafe.natureve@gmail.com and we will work with you to remove any of your personal data we may have.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may make changes to our Privacy Policy in the future, however, the most current version of the policy will govern our processing of your personal data and will always be available to you.

If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you by an update or email, where possible. By continuing to access or use our services, you agree to be bound to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
